Can the boxes be reused?Yes, one of the advantages of the product is that it can be reused while maintaining its protective properties. Its content can also be varied by readapting the central foam.

Do I need to seal the box?In the event that the artwork is to be shipped by courier, we recommend sealing the box with adhesive tape where indicated for added security. Another advantage of the box is that in the event it needs to be inspected by customs, it is very easy to open and reseal without losing packaging quality.

Can I fit more than one object in the same box?The box is designed to transport a single piece. However, it is possible to insert more than one artwork as long as there is a minimum space of 7cm between them and 5cm of separation from the edges of the foam. It is not recommended for artworks with frames or glass.

Are this boxes safe for air transport?Yes, the boxes are designed to protect your artworks and withstand possible impacts and abrasions common in transit. Additionally, they are approved by well-known courier companies such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL for air transportation.

Are the boxes suitable for long term storage?Of course, the boxes are ideal for keeping your artworks safe and organized in storage. If they are going to be stored for very long periods of time, we recommend wrapping the artwork beforehand with Tyvek or glassine paper.

How does it work?After opening the box, trace the outline of the painting on the central foam sheet using a marker. Once marked, remove the painting and, using a serrated knife (a bread knife works perfectly), cut out the outline of the artwork you are going to store. Subsequently, remove the foam where you are going to fit it and proceed to insert the artwork so that it is perfectly protected.
